Hello again. Sorry to bother you, but I just recently purchased this tablet and I am so happy with it… For the most part, but I'll get to that in a second. Firstly, I want to thank you so much for making these kinds of videos, because without them, I wouldn't have ever found the Viking Pro and for what I use it for (writing on Gdocs) it's a wonderful little productivity machine… Most of the time.

Here's what I wanted to ask you.

I believe I may have a defective model, though I'm not sure if it's the tablet or keyboard. Either way, I wanted to confirm with you that this issue wasn't just a "cheap tablet" issue before I go ahead and replace the product.

While working with the Viking Pro, did you ever have trouble with the keyboard randomly being disconnected?

Mostly the keyboard that came with my tablet disconnects when I "close" the tablet up like a laptop or "open" it. Tilting the screen back or forward tends to disconnect the tablet from keyboard randomly and I can't figure out why. I assume it has to be a defective model if this isn't just the case with a budget tablet.

Can you confirm with me if this is a defective item or is it a tablet design flaw?

Please let me know asap. Thank you!

I have this tablet but now I can't get the keyboard to connect to it. I've tried everything as far as restarting, reconnecting, went into settings and turned HDMI on and off…nothing has worked. Any suggestions please?

Hi I was debating on getting this or the Galileo. I saw both your reviews on it and I’m still unsure. I’m just using it for school stuff, using quizlet, writing essays, or looking on a website if I need to. Which one should I get in your opinion?

I love mine I have it connected to my home theater system and I play music from YouTube all the time, also got the Kodi apk on it and it streams video pretty damn good for a $113 dollar tax included tablet.

Haha a great gift… We gave a similar cheap tablet to to my 14 year old step son for christmas and he refused to use it because it wasn't a Samsung or iPad. Nothing wrong with the tablet, everything wrong with my stepson. Thumbs up if you got ungrateful kids.
