The reason this phone is so cheap is that Oneplus aims to make money on their version of the app store, they are selling the phones at cost price.

I've had this phone, (OnePlus One) for four months now, and I still get a buzz out of using it, handling it etc. This is the only phone that has done this me, Normally the "new phone" thrill has worn off in about a week. This phone is so versatile, and powerful, you can almost make modding it a hobby in itself. 🙂

I just googled oneplus one and it came out you just can't buy one, you need some sort of "invite" from person who either already owns one or some contests and events. I find this utter bullsht. Would be a perfect scam plan. Throw out some amazing phones for reviewers to review and get the hype up, people then pay for the phone online and never receive anything. after millions made, company vanishes. Or I've just watched too many movies.

I do not t trust this Chinese company. It's been rooted and that should wave a red flag. Can't wait to see how many people get hacked and or loose money by having their identity stolen.
