Blue light is very harmful to the retina. in these decades as we rely more on screens with no blue filter it may lead to macula degeneration, age the retina faster and also may cause loss of color perception

Got mine today! Welcome to the future ! I work night shifts so I hope this will be a breakthrough. If it works well, it's over 150 sells in an instant for all the workers were I work. Fingers cross.

Seriously read up on shit before you buy it. I made same mistake then returned it. This blue light from actual blue light caused macular degeneration in apes. Also the science behind the light therapy causing less depression was for green light therapy along with antidepressant drugs. A study did show blue light to inhibit melatonin production in the brain though but not as well as white light. For me the risks outway the good. Bluetooth is also radiation right next to the head. Nice video though. You did a good job. http://www.sunnexbiotech.com/therapist/blue%20light%20damage.html
