    Google Chrome 71.0.3578.98 was the last one you could right click on manage cast devices if you don't have a mobile phone. If you can't find the portable version the installer version installs a handy chrome.7z (not sure why) that can't update.

    Thank you for the clarification. Most reviews were unclear whether the chrome cast plays the video with its own processor or you're merely screen mirroring your phone. Glad to hear it's the former.

    Can I lock my phone while streaming a video on YouTube or on chrome?

    Also if I'm broadcasting something in chrome, can I switch tabs and srill have the orginal page broadcasting?
